Why we built this.

Most people aren't lost — they just can't see themselves clearly. The thoughts that loop in your head, the relationships that keep repeating, the goals you set and abandon — they all trace back to beliefs you didn't choose and patterns you can't quite name.

Therapy helps but is $150–250 a session and stops when you leave the room. Tracking apps measure surface stuff (steps, sleep) but miss what actually moves your life. Quizzes give you a label that fits for a week. We built the thing in between — continuous, personal, deep, and gets sharper the more you use it.

Every conversation you have here, every note you drop, every quiz you take feeds a single growing model of you. Settings → Data Controls → Export. Drop the .zip in Upload. We mine it for beliefs, emotional shifts, recurring patterns, life-area focus. The more we have, the sharper the mirror.

Get more out of it.

Be unfiltered in Chat. The AI only sees what you write. Filtering = blurry mirror.
Use Purge Junk Beliefs. Inside Beliefs, click PURGE JUNK BELIEFS to clean transactional or generic phrases from your map. Run it monthly.
Check your Trajectory. Beliefs → Trajectory shows your growth score over 30/60/90 days. Treat dips as signal, not failure.
Take a quiz a week. Each portal opens a different angle — attachment, shadow, regulation, identity, EQ. Stack them across a month for a full read.
