Most people aren't lost — they just can't see themselves clearly. The thoughts that loop in your head, the relationships that keep repeating, the goals you set and abandon — they all trace back to beliefs you didn't choose and patterns you can't quite name.
Therapy helps but is $150–250 a session and stops when you leave the room. Tracking apps measure surface stuff (steps, sleep) but miss what actually moves your life. Quizzes give you a label that fits for a week. We built the thing in between — continuous, personal, deep, and gets sharper the more you use it.
